Trump Tower Gurugram pose 150 Crore as launch-day sale

Trump Tower, the real estate venture of Trump Organization, launched its first project in Gurugram, National Capital Region, India. On the first day of the launch, the project pegged a massive sale of 150 Crores. A total of 20 Luxury apartments were sold in the first day of business.

Trump Tower in Gurugram, is developed by M3M, a premier reality firm of the country. The development company is projecting a total sale of INR 2,500 Crore from a total of 120 units of the tower. It is debut project of ‘Trump Towers’, the international reality brand. M3M is the development partner of Trump Towers in Delhi NCR region. Presently, Trump Organization is run by Donald Trump Junior, son of the US President.

In Trump Tower Gurugram there are 250 ultra-luxury apartments ranging from INR 5 Cr. to 10 Cr. The property is spread over 600 feet in 50 floors, facing the golf-course. There size of the apartments ranges from 3,500 square feet to 6000 square feet, housing three and four-bedroom properties. Each residence is with private elevators. Also, adding to the luxury signature, a third of the apartments will have 22-feet double height living rooms.

Currently Trump Towers are being developed in Pune, Mumbai and Kolkata, apart from Gurugram. M3M India Director Pankaj Bansal said the first 100 buyers of Trump Tower will get the opportunity to visit US to meet Junior Trump. The Director said, it is a strategy to attract customers. Per M3M, the cost of the project stands at INR 12 Billion.

In Pune, Trump Towers is being built by Panchshil Reality, while, in Mumbai, it’s being developed by the Lodha Group. Also, Trump Organization has given the right to develop its building in Kolkata to Tribeca Developers. The latter will also market the project under its own banner.
